A Beautiful Evening on the Water
This was such a remarkable experience. The yacht was spacious, clean, and felt very stable and safe throughout. The views were beautiful, especially as we headed back to the dock around sunset. What really stood out, though, was the customer service from Eric and Jen (Gen). They were incredibly friendly and made the entire evening feel relaxed and effortless. Eric sent a detailed message beforehand with everything we needed to know about the venue and how to get there, and he also took the time to explain the safety procedures. The music was great, and we really enjoyed the descriptions of the views along the way. It was such a lovely, relaxing evening, and we genuinely loved the experience. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Ottawa and would happily recommend this experience to others.
