Walking
If you're starting from Parliament Hill, head east on Wellington Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Elgin Street. Turn left onto Elgin Street and walk north. You'll pass the National Arts Centre on your left. Continue walking until you reach Laurier Avenue, then turn right. Walk east along Laurier Avenue until you reach the intersection with O'Connor Street. Turn left onto O'Connor Street and walk until you see Victoria Tower Bell Monument on your right. It is located at Ottawa, ON K1A 0A9.
Public Transit
From the downtown area, locate the nearest OC Transpo bus stop. Take bus route 14 or 1 towards the 'Parliament' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk east along Wellington Street towards Elgin Street. Turn left on Elgin Street and continue walking north. When you reach Laurier Avenue, turn right and continue east. Finally, turn left on O'Connor Street, and you will find the Victoria Tower Bell Monument on your right.
Bike
If you are renting a bike, start from the Rideau Canal pathway. Head north towards the downtown area. Join the pathways that lead you towards Parliament Hill. Once you reach Wellington Street, continue east and then turn left on Elgin Street. Cycle north on Elgin Street until you reach Laurier Avenue. Turn right on Laurier Avenue and keep going east until you reach O'Connor Street. Take a left onto O'Connor Street, and the Victoria Tower Bell Monument will be on your right.
