Walking
From the Rideau Canal, head north towards the Rideau Centre. Once you reach the Rideau Centre, exit onto Rideau Street and continue walking northeast. Follow Rideau Street until you reach Sussex Drive. Turn left onto Sussex Drive and walk towards the National Gallery of Canada. As you approach the gallery, continue straight until you reach Wellington Street. Turn right onto Wellington Street, and you will see Parliament Hill directly ahead. This walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.

Public Transit (OC Transpo)
From Rideau Canal, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is at the Rideau Centre. Board bus number 1 (towards Barrhaven Centre) or bus number 7 (towards St. Laurent) and disembark at the stop for 'Parliament Hill.' The bus ride takes around 10 minutes.
