If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Parkland Region and head towards Highway 400. Merge onto Highway 400 North. Continue on Highway 400 for approximately 30 kilometers. Take exit 44 for Davis Drive/Highway 9 towards Newmarket. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Davis Drive/Highway 9 East. Continue on Davis Drive for about 12 kilometers until you reach McCowan Road. Turn right onto McCowan Road. Keep driving for about 5 kilometers until you see the Ravenshoe Trailhead on your left. There is no parking fee, but be aware of local parking regulations.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in Parkland Region to Newmarket. Depending on your exact starting point, you may need to transfer buses in Newmarket. Once you arrive at the Newmarket bus terminal, take the GO Transit bus heading towards East Gwillimbury. Get off at the stop nearest to McCowan Road. From there, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers along McCowan Road to reach the Ravenshoe Trailhead. Be sure to check the GO Transit schedule for bus times, as services may vary.
