    To reach the Gull Harbour Lighthouse, start from Winnipeg and drive north on Highway 8. Follow the highway past Gimli and Riverton until you reach the Hecla Island Causeway. Cross the causeway onto Hecla Island and continue to Gull Harbour. The lighthouse is located at the end of a narrow spit of land near the Gull Harbour Marina. A vehicle permit is required for Hecla/Grindstone Provincial Park; daily permits cost $9.50.

    From the Lakeview Hecla Resort, the Gull Harbour Lighthouse is approximately a 1.4 km walk. Follow the road or walking trails towards the Gull Harbour Marina. The lighthouse is located at the end of the peninsula, a short walk from the marina.
