Walking
If you are starting from Old Quebec, head south on Rue Saint-Jean, which is a lovely street lined with shops and cafes. Continue walking straight until you reach Place d'Youville. From there, take the road leading to Rue Buade. The Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica-Cathedral is located at 16 Rue De Buade, just a short walk from Place d'Youville, on your left.

If you are near the Gare du Palais, take bus number 11 or 800 towards the Old Port. Get off at the stop named 'Place d'Youville'. Once you exit the bus, walk south towards Rue Buade. The Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica-Cathedral will be on your left at 16 Rue De Buade.
