If you are starting from the Old Quebec area, head towards the Rue Saint-Jean and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue De Buade. Turn left onto Rue De Buade, and you will find the Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica-Cathedral at number 16 on your right. This walk should take about 10 minutes.

Public Transit (Bus)
From the Gare du Palais (Train Station), walk to the nearest bus stop and take Line 1 or Line 11 heading towards Old Quebec. Get off at the stop 'Place d'Armes'. From there, walk down Rue Sainte-Anne until you reach Rue De Buade, then turn left. The Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica-Cathedral will be at number 16 on your right. The total travel time should be around 25 minutes.
