Walking
If you are in Old Quebec, start at Place Royale. Walk north on Rue du Petit Champlain until you reach Rue Saint-Jean. Turn left and walk along Rue Saint-Jean until you reach the gates of the fortified city (Porte Saint-Jean). Continue straight on Rue Saint-Jean, which becomes Rue des Jardins. Keep walking until you reach Rue des Parlementaires. Turn left on Rue des Parlementaires, and you will see the Parliament Building on your right at 1045 Rue des Parlementaires.

Public Transit (Bus)
From the Old Port area, walk to the nearest bus stop (e.g., stop at Place d'Youville). Take bus number 800 or 801 in the direction of 'Limoilou' or 'Beauport', respectively. Get off at the stop 'Parlement' (it should take about 10-15 minutes). After getting off, walk a short distance along Rue des Parlementaires, and you will reach the Parliament Building located at 1045 Rue des Parlementaires.

If you are at the Château Frontenac, exit the hotel and head towards the Dufferin Boardwalk. Walk along the boardwalk until you reach the end, then take the stairs down towards Rue Saint-Louis. Turn left on Rue Saint-Louis and continue walking. When you reach Rue des Parlementaires, turn right. The Parliament Building will be on your right at 1045 Rue des Parlementaires.
