You can take the RTC (Réseau de transport de la Capitale) public bus. From the Gare du Palais (train station), take bus number 800 or 801 towards 'Parc de la Francophonie.' Get off at the stop 'Côte de la Montagne / Escalier Casse-Cou.' The bus fare is CAD 3.50 for adults and CAD 2.50 for children. After getting off, walk a short distance to reach the Breakneck Steps.
