Getting there

Car

If you are driving from downtown Quebec City, take Boulevard Charest Est (Route 138) east. Continue on Route 138 until you reach the intersection with Avenue Royale. Turn right onto Avenue Royale and follow the signs for Montmorency Falls. The parking lot is located at the entrance of the park, and it is well marked. The total travel time is approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transportation

To reach Montmorency Falls using public transportation, take the RTC bus number 800 from downtown Quebec City (get on at the Gare du Palais or any major stop). The bus will take you to Montmorency Falls. Make sure to check the schedule as it may vary, especially on weekends. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Montmorency Falls stop, follow the signs to the park entrance.
