If you are driving from Quebec City, take Autoroute 20 (A20) towards Lévis. Continue on A20 for about 30 minutes, then take exit 327 for Route 116 toward Lévis. Merge onto Route 116 and follow the signs for Lévis. Once in Lévis, turn left onto Rue des Trappistines. The Parcours des Anses will be on your right. There is parking available nearby.

To get to Parcours des Anses using public transportation, take the bus from Quebec City to Lévis. You can catch the bus number 800 or 801 from Gare du Palais bus terminal in Quebec City. The ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lévis bus terminal, transfer to bus number 13, which will take you closer to Rue des Trappistines. Get off at the stop near Rue des Trappistines and walk a short distance to the Parcours des Anses.
