Artillery Park, nestled within the Fortifications of Québec National Historic Site, offers a captivating journey through centuries of military and social history. Later, it transitioned into an ammunition factory, contributing to Canada's war efforts until the 1960s. Today, Artillery Park opens its doors to three meticulously restored historical buildings: the Arsenal Foundry, the Dauphine Redoubt, and the Officers' Quarters.A visit to Artillery Park provides a glimpse into Canadian military history, beginning with a multimedia presentation in the 1901 Arsenal Foundry that recounts the site's evolution. A highlight is the large-scale model of Québec City as it appeared in 1808. Costumed guides in the 1712 Dauphine Redoubt share stories of French, British, and Canadian soldiers.
