From the center of Cathedral Village, head west on 13th Ave towards Elphinstone St. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through a residential area. When you reach the intersection with Dewdney Ave, turn left. The RCMP Heritage Centre will be on your right at 5907 Dewdney Ave. The walk should take about 20-25 minutes.
