From the main entrance of Wascana Centre, head south towards Wascana Lake. Follow the path along the lake's edge. Keep walking until you reach the large open area near the water. The Wascana Observation Deck is located on the eastern shore of the lake. You will see signs directing you towards the deck, and it should take you about 10-15 minutes to reach the deck from this point.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one from a nearby rental station or bring your own. Starting from the Wascana Centre Visitor Centre, head towards the main path that circles the lake. Ride along the path toward the east side of the lake, where the Wascana Observation Deck is located. It’s approximately a 5-10 minute ride from the Visitor Centre.

Although the Wascana Observation Deck is within walking distance, if you prefer to take public transit, you can catch a bus from the nearby bus stop located at the corner of College Avenue and McDonald Street. Take the bus route that heads towards downtown Regina. After a short ride (approximately 5 minutes), get off at the stop near the Legislative Building. From there, it's a brief 10-minute walk back towards the lake where you will find the observation deck.
