From King Station, take the PATH (an underground pedestrian walkway) towards Yonge Street. Exit the PATH at Yonge Street and walk south towards Queen's Quay.

If you're near King Street, you can catch the 504 King streetcar heading eastbound. Get off at the stop at Yonge Street. Walk south on Yonge Street until you reach Queen's Quay. The destination will be on your left.

If you are in the downtown area, you can walk to Yonge Street and Queen's Quay. From Nathan Phillips Square, head south on Bay Street until you reach Queen Street. Turn right on Queen Street and walk west until you reach Yonge Street. Turn left on Yonge Street, and you will find the intersection with Queen's Quay.

If you are in the east end of Toronto, you can take a bus to get to the area. For example, take the 501 Queen bus heading west. Get off at the stop at Yonge Street, then walk south to Queen's Quay. The intersection will be at the end of Yonge Street.
