If you are starting from the Winnipeg Transit terminal at Portage and Main, head to the Portage Place shopping mall. Inside the mall, locate the bus terminal. Look for the bus route that goes towards the downtown area. For example, take bus number 11 or 18. Get off at the stop nearest to Main St and Broadway. Once you disembark, walk east towards Main St. Turn north on Main St and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach 395 Main St, where the Hamilton Building is located.

If you are in the vicinity of The Forks, start walking towards Main St. Head north along the Assiniboine Riverwalk until you reach the intersection of Main St. Cross over to the other side of Main St. Continue walking north on Main St for about 15 minutes. You will pass by various shops and landmarks. The Hamilton Building will be on your right at 395 Main St.
