From any location in Aconcagua Valley, head towards San Felipe. Use Route 5 (Panamericana) and follow signs for San Felipe. Once you arrive in San Felipe, take Route CH-60 towards El Asiento. Continue on CH-60 for approximately 10 km. Look for signs indicating Santuario de la Naturaleza Serranía El Ciprés. The entrance is located at El Asiento, San Felipe, Valparaíso. There is no parking fee at the site.

To reach Santuario de la Naturaleza Serranía El Ciprés via public transport, take a bus from any major town in Aconcagua Valley (such as Los Andes or San Felipe) heading to San Felipe. Upon reaching San Felipe, you can take a local taxi or a colectivo (shared taxi) to El Asiento, which is approximately 10 km away. Be sure to specify your destination to the driver. The cost of the bus fare varies, typically around CLP 1,500, and the taxi ride may cost approximately CLP 5,000 to CLP 8,000.
