Car
If you're traveling by car, navigate to Gral. Carrera 267, Temuco, Araucanía using your GPS. From the center of Temuco, head southeast on Avenida Alemania towards Gral. Carrera. Continue straight for about 2 km. You'll find parking available near the entrance of Cerro Ñielol Park. Make sure to check if any parking fees apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Cerro Ñielol via public transportation, take a local bus from Temuco's main bus terminal to the 'Cerro Ñielol' stop. Buses run frequently, and the fare is approximately CLP 500. Once you disembark, walk approximately 10 minutes to the entrance, following the signs leading to the park.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Temuco, you can walk to Cerro Ñielol from the city center. From Plaza Aníbal Pinto, head southeast on Avenida Alemania and continue straight for about 2 km. This pleasant walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain can be uneven in parts.
