Car

From Coyhaique, head south on Ruta 7 (Carretera Austral) for approximately 40 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating 'Lago La Paloma' and turn onto the gravel road. Continue for about 15 kilometers until you reach the lake. Keep in mind that this road can be bumpy and may require a high-clearance vehicle.

Public Transportation

Take a bus from Coyhaique to Puerto Río Tranquilo, which operates daily. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection for Lago La Paloma. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 kilometers on the gravel road to reach the lake. Be prepared for a hike, as it may take 3-4 hours to walk this distance.

Taxi or Rideshare

If you prefer not to drive or walk the distance, consider hiring a local taxi or using a rideshare service from Coyhaique. Agree on a fare beforehand, as prices can vary.
