If you're traveling by car, start from the city of Coyhaique. Head south on Route 7 (Carretera Austral) for about 70 km. You'll pass through beautiful landscapes, so make sure to enjoy the views! After approximately 70 km, look for signs for Villa Cerro Castillo and turn onto the road leading to the town. Follow this road for about 16 km until you reach Villa Cerro Castillo. From there, it's a short drive to the entrance of Reserva Nacional Cerro Castillo. Be aware that some sections of the road may be unpaved, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

Public Transportation

For those taking public transportation, you can catch a bus from Coyhaique to Villa Cerro Castillo. The bus terminal in Coyhaique is located near the center of town.
