If you are near Plaza de la Independencia, walk to the nearby bus stop. Take bus number 5 or 7 (direction to San Pedro) and get off at the 'Cerro Barón' stop. From there, walk towards the coastline, and you will see the Huáscar museum directly by the water.

You can easily hail a taxi or use a ride-hailing app. Provide the driver with the destination 'Huáscar'. The ride from the city center should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

If you're staying in the downtown area, it’s a pleasant 30-minute walk to Huáscar. Head towards the coastline by walking down Avenida O'Higgins, then turn left onto Avenida Costanera. Continue straight until you reach the Huáscar museum located by the water.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in the city center. Head down Avenida O'Higgins towards the coastline, then continue on the bike path along Avenida Costanera which will lead you directly to the Huáscar museum.
