Once in Coquimbo, navigate towards Avenida Costanera and look for signs pointing to Mirador Los Navegantes. There is parking available near the viewpoint.

For those using public transportation, catch a local bus from the Coquimbo bus terminal to the city center. Look for buses labeled 'Costanera' or 'La Serena.' The fare is usually around CLP 500-800. Once you reach the city center, you can take a taxi or a local bus heading towards Avenida Costanera. Inform the driver you wish to go to Mirador Los Navegantes. The taxi fare should be around CLP 3,000-5,000 depending on traffic.
