Mirador Los Navegantes: A Coastal Haven in Coquimbo

Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the city center of Coquimbo. Head southeast on Avenida Costanera towards Avenida de los Poetas. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ruta 5. Merge onto Ruta 5 heading south. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit towards La Serena/Coquimbo Centro. Follow the signs to the city center. Once in Coquimbo, navigate towards Avenida Costanera and look for signs pointing to Mirador Los Navegantes. There is parking available near the viewpoint.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, catch a local bus from the Coquimbo bus terminal to the city center. Look for buses labeled 'Costanera' or 'La Serena.' The fare is usually around CLP 500-800. Once you reach the city center, you can take a taxi or a local bus heading towards Avenida Costanera. Inform the driver you wish to go to Mirador Los Navegantes. The taxi fare should be around CLP 3,000-5,000 depending on traffic.
