If you are in Maipo Valley and traveling by car, head north on Route 5 (Panamericana Sur). Continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach Santiago. Take the exit toward Av. Apoquindo. Merge onto Av. Apoquindo and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. The Iglesia los Dominicos is located on your right at Av. Apoquindo 8600 in Las Condes.

For public transportation, take a bus from Maipo Valley towards Santiago. You can catch buses that head to the city center. Once you arrive at the Santiago Bus Terminal (Terminal de Buses de Santiago), transfer to the Metro. Take Line 1 (the Red Line) towards Los Dominicos. Get off at the Los Dominicos station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Iglesia los Dominicos. Head south on Av. Los Dominicos toward Av. Apoquindo, then turn left onto Av. Apoquindo and continue until you reach Av. Apoquindo 8600.
