To reach Las Palmas de Cocalán National Park by car from Santiago, start by getting onto the Autopista Central. Follow the signs for Ruta 5 Sur towards Talca. Stay on Ruta 5 Sur for approximately 80 km. Take the exit towards Ruta 66 towards Las Cabras. Follow Ruta 66 for about 20 km until you reach Las Cabras. The entrance to Las Palmas de Cocalán National Park is located just outside the town. Be prepared for a scenic drive, but also note that there may be tolls on Ruta 5 Sur.
