If you are driving from Chillán, take Route 5 towards Concepción. After approximately 30 km, take the exit for Route N-55 towards Coihueco. Continue on Route N-55 for about 20 km, and then follow the signs to Coihueco. Once in Coihueco, you will find signs leading to Jungla de Peumayén, which is located just outside the town. The total drive should take around 1 hour.

From Chillán, you can catch a bus to Coihueco at the Chillán bus terminal. The bus ride takes about 45 minutes and costs around 1,500 CLP. Once you arrive in Coihueco, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Jungla de Peumayén, which is approximately 5 km away from the bus station. Taxis are available near the bus terminal and will cost around 3,000 CLP to reach the park.
