Car
If you are driving from Chillán, take Route 5 Sur southbound. Continue for approximately 60 km until you reach the junction for Route 58. Turn left onto Route 58 and follow the signs for Las Trancas. Drive for about 25 km, and you'll see signs for Termas de Chillán. Follow the signs into the resort area. Be prepared for a winding road as you approach the hot springs.
Public Transportation
From Chillán, you can take a bus from Terminal de Buses de Chillán to Las Trancas. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour and costs around CLP 3,000. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may be limited. Once you arrive in Las Trancas, you can either walk or take a taxi to Termas de Chillán, which is about 8 km away.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi from Chillán to Termas de Chillán, you can find taxis at the bus terminal or call a local taxi service. The fare should be around CLP 35,000 to CLP 50,000 for a direct ride to the hot springs, depending on traffic and time of day.
