    From Chillán, take Ruta 5 Sur and then head towards Pemuco. Before reaching Pemuco, follow signs for Culenco. From Culenco, it's approximately 7 kilometers to Salto del Dañicalqui. The road from Culenco to the waterfall is unpaved but generally in good condition. There is no entrance fee.

  • Public Transport

    Take a bus from Chillán to Yungay, Terminal La Merced, and ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection for Culenco. From there, you will need to walk or take a taxi/colectivo to reach the falls, as public transport to the falls is limited. The bus fare from Chillán to the Culenco intersection is approximately $2,000 CLP. A taxi from the intersection to the falls may cost an additional $5,000 - $8,000 CLP.
