From the center of Puerto Varas, start at Plaza de Armas. Head south on Del Salvador Street until you reach the intersection with San Pedro Street. Turn right onto San Pedro Street and continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will see a sign for Gruta de Lourdes directing you to the left. Follow the path that leads to Verbo Divino Street. Continue following the signs, and after approximately 300 meters, you will arrive at Gruta de Lourdes located at Verbo Divino 301-427.

From the main bus terminal in Puerto Varas, take a local bus heading towards the 'Lago Todos los Santos' route. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Gruta de Lourdes. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. After getting off, walk back towards the main road and follow Verbo Divino Street for about 200 meters until you reach Gruta de Lourdes.
