If you are starting from the central plaza of Puerto Varas (Plaza de Armas), head southeast on San Pedro Street towards the lake. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Imperial Street. Turn right onto Imperial Street and walk for approximately 5 minutes. The pier will be on your left at Imperial 733.
