Walking
If you are in the city center of Punta Arenas, start at Plaza de Armas, which is a central square. From there, head southeast on Avenida España. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Costanera del Estrecho de Magallanes. Turn left onto Avenida Costanera and walk along the waterfront. Costanera will be visible as you stroll along the avenue, with scenic views of the Strait of Magellan.
Public Transport
From the city center, you can catch a local bus heading towards the waterfront. Look for buses that say 'Costanera' or 'Centro' on their signs. Board the bus and pay your fare (usually around 500 CLP). Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the stop closest to Avenida Costanera del Estrecho de Magallanes. After disembarking, walk towards the waterfront, and you will find Costanera nearby.
