Walking
If you are in the central area of San Pedro de Atacama, head towards the Plaza de Armas, which is the main square. From there, exit the square and walk down Caracoles Street in the direction of the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tocopilla Street. Turn left onto Tocopilla Street, and you will find the Meteorite Museum at number 201 on your right. It should take you about 10-15 minutes to walk there.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the central plaza and ride down Caracoles Street. Continue straight until you reach the main road and take a left onto Tocopilla Street. The museum will be on your right at number 201. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on your pace.
Local Shuttle
Look for local shuttle services or shared taxis (colectivos) that operate in San Pedro de Atacama. You can catch a colectivo from the main square or any major street. Simply tell the driver you want to go to the Meteorite Museum (Museo del Meteorito), and they will take you there. It costs a small fee, and the journey should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
