Car
If you're in the city of Punta Arenas, drive north on Route 9. After about 270 km, merge onto Route 255 toward Puerto Natales. Continue on Route 255 for approximately 60 km until you reach the junction with Route 9. Turn right onto Route 9, heading east. Follow Route 9 until you reach the border crossing into Chile. After completing border formalities, continue on Route 9 for about 150 km until you reach the town of Puerto Williams. From there, take Route Y-85 towards Lago Colico, which will lead you directly to Playa Las Hadas. The drive will take approximately 5-7 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.

From Punta Arenas, you can take a bus to Puerto Natales, which is a common route. Once in Puerto Natales, find a bus that goes to Puerto Williams. Once you reach Puerto Williams, you can either arrange for a taxi or look for local transport that might take you to Lago Colico. Note that public transportation can vary in schedule, so check ahead for the latest times. The total travel time might take upwards of 8-10 hours due to transfers.
