From Valparaíso city center, take Route 68 towards Santiago. Continue on this route for approximately 30 km. Take the exit towards Quintero/Concón (Ruta 5). After the exit, follow the signs for Quintero, which will lead you onto Route 60. Continue on this road until you reach Quintero. Once in Quintero, follow the local signs to Humedal de Mantagua. You can park near the wetland entrance.

Start by taking a bus from Valparaíso to Quintero. Buses to Quintero depart regularly from the Terminal de Buses (bus terminal) in Valparaíso. The journey typically takes about 1 hour and costs around 3,000 CLP (Chilean Pesos). Once you arrive in Quintero, you can walk to Humedal de Mantagua, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus terminal. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi from the bus terminal for approximately 5,000 CLP.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any point in Valparaíso directly to Humedal de Mantagua. This option is the most convenient but also the most expensive, costing around 25,000-30,000 CLP depending on your starting location. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance of the wetland.
