From Plaza Sotomayor, walk towards the Ascensor Artilleria. Take the ascensor up the hill (Cerro Artillería). Upon exiting the ascensor, walk a short distance to the Museo Naval Y Maritimo, which is located above the Paseo 21 de Mayo. Ascensor fare: 300 CLP.

Take the Metro Valparaíso to the 'Barón' station. From there, head towards Avenida Pedro Montt, turn left, and walk until you reach Calle Veintiuno de Mayo.
