Walking
If you are near the Valparaíso bus terminal (Terminal de Buses), exit the terminal and head towards Avenida Pedro Montt. Walk south along the avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach Plaza Victoria. Once at Plaza Victoria, take the pedestrian path towards Calle Errázuriz, which will lead you to the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the pier area. From there, turn left onto Plaza Sotomayor, which is directly adjacent to the waterfront and features the iconic monument.

If you are near the Metro station 'Plaza de la Victoria', take the Metro line towards 'El Salto'. Get off at the 'Bellavista' station.
