Find a nearby bus stop and look for buses heading towards Cerro Concepción or Cerro Alegre. Get on the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach Cochrane. Once you get off, walk a short distance along Cochrane and Reloj Turri will be on your right at Cochrane 893.

Locate the Ascensor Concepción, which is a funicular that takes you up to Cerro Concepción. Ride the funicular to the top. Once you exit, walk down Calle Templeman until it intersects with Calle Cochrane. Turn left onto Cochrane and walk a few minutes; Reloj Turri will be on your left at Cochrane 893.
