Walking
If you are already in Cerro Alegre, start by heading towards Calle Prat. From the center of Cerro Alegre, locate the intersection of Calle Prat and walk uphill. The street will lead you towards Paseo Yugoslavo. Continue walking until you reach the entrance of Paseo Yugoslavo, which is located at P.º Yugoslavo 124. The pathway is well-marked with signs and has a beautiful view of Valparaíso, making it a pleasant walk.
Funicular
For a unique experience, you can take the Ascensor Concepción funicular, which is a short distance from the main attractions in Cerro Alegre. Board the funicular at the base station on Calle Concepción and ride it up. When you exit at the top, follow the signs directing you to Paseo Yugoslavo, which is a short walk downhill towards P.º Yugoslavo 124. Note that the cost for a one-way trip on the funicular is approximately 300 CLP.
Public Transportation
Although most tourists walk around Cerro Alegre, you can also utilize local buses if you're coming from further areas in Valparaíso. Board a bus that goes to the 'Cerro Alegre' stop. Once you get off, make your way towards Calle Prat and then head uphill to find Paseo Yugoslavo at P.º Yugoslavo 124. Bus fares are usually around 200 CLP.
