Public Bus

From the center of Viña del Mar, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Valparaíso. Look for the bus heading towards Valparaíso. It should take you approximately 30 minutes to reach the city. Once you arrive, get off at the stop near Plaza Sotomayor. From there, walk towards Calle Esmeralda; Ascensor Concepcion is located at 932, Esmeralda 916. Follow the signs for 'Ascensor Concepcion' which will lead you directly to the entrance.

Metro

If you are near the Metro station in Viña del Mar, take Line 1 in the direction of Pajaritos and transfer at the last stop to Line 5 towards Limache. Get off at the Valparaíso station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Plaza Sotomayor. Ascensor Concepcion is at 932, Esmeralda 916, a short walk from the plaza. Just follow the street signs.
