If you're driving from the center of Leticia, take Avenida de Los Héroes toward the south. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Calle 10. Turn left onto Calle 10 and follow it until it merges into Carrera 53. Continue on Carrera 53 for approximately 7 kilometers. The Aquarium Medellin will be on your right at Cra. 53 #7375, Aranjuez, Medellín. Look for the large building with the aquarium sign. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.

From the Leticia bus terminal, take a bus to Medellín. Buses typically depart every hour and the trip takes around 10 hours. Once in Medellín, you can take the metro to 'San Antonio' station. From there, take a taxi or a local bus to Aranjuez. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Cra. 53 #7375, Aranjuez, Medellín. The taxi fare will be around 15,000 COP (about $4 USD).
