Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Medellín, take the Autopista Norte (Route 60) towards Fredonia. After about 60 km, take the exit towards Fredonia. Continue on the road until you reach the town center. From there, follow the signs to Vereda El Cinco. The retreat is located approximately 10 km from the town center. Make sure to have a GPS or map app handy as the roads can be narrow and winding. Parking is available at the retreat.

• Bus

  From Medellín, you can take a bus from the Terminal del Sur to Fredonia. The journey takes approximately 2-3 hours and costs around 20,000 COP. Once you arrive in Fredonia, you can take a local taxi to Vereda El Cinco, which should cost about 15,000 COP. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip. The retreat is located about 10 km from the town center.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct method from the Fredonia bus station, you can hire a taxi to take you to LaWayra Ayahuasca Retreat. The fare should be approximately 15,000 COP, and it's a good idea to negotiate the price before starting the ride. The taxi ride will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

• Private Transfer

  For convenience, consider booking a private transfer service from Medellín to LaWayra Ayahuasca Retreat. This service can be arranged in advance and will pick you up from your location in Medellín and take you directly to the retreat. Prices vary but generally start around 150,000 COP for the trip. This can be a great option if you're traveling in a group.
