From the main bus terminal in Armenia, take a bus heading to Filandia. Buses to Filandia leave regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. The trip takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Filandia bus terminal, you will be in the town center. Ask locals for directions to 'Mirador Colina Iluminada' or look for signs pointing towards the mirador. It's about a 15-20 minute walk uphill from the town center to the observation deck.

If you are in the town center of Filandia after arriving by bus, head towards Calle 5. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Carrera 3. Turn left and continue walking uphill. Follow the signs for 'Mirador Colina Iluminada'. The walk is about 1.2 kilometers and can take around 20-30 minutes depending on your pace. The path will be steep in some areas, so wear comfortable shoes.
