Once you arrive at the main bus terminal in Cartagena (Terminal de Transportes), you can catch a local bus or a taxi to the historic district. Ask the driver to drop you off near Las Bóvedas or look for the nearby landmark 'Castillo San Felipe de Barajas' as a point of reference. The fare for a bus ride is typically around 2,000 COP (Colombian Pesos) and for taxis, expect to pay between 10,000 to 15,000 COP from the terminal to the historic area.
