If you are staying in the historic center of Cartagena, you can easily walk to the Church of San Roque. Start at the Plaza de Santo Domingo, which is a popular tourist spot. From the plaza, head east on Calle Santo Domingo until you reach the intersection with Carrera 6. Turn left onto Carrera 6 and continue walking straight until you reach Calle de la Media Luna. Turn right onto Calle de la Media Luna, and the Church of San Roque will be on your left at Media Luna 10 #29-222.

Public Transport - Bus
To reach the Church of San Roque by bus, head to the nearest bus stop in the historic center. Look for a bus that heads towards Getsemaní, which is the neighborhood where the church is located. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Media Luna. The bus will drop you off close to the intersection of Media Luna and Calle 29. From there, walk a short distance to Media Luna 10 #29-222, where the church is situated.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the historic center. Start at the Plaza de los Coches and head towards the Castillo San Felipe de Barajas. From there, continue towards Getsemaní. Ride along Avenida del Arsenal until you reach Calle de la Media Luna. Turn left onto Calle de la Media Luna, and the Church of San Roque will be on your left at Media Luna 10 #29-222.
