If you are in the historic center of Cartagena, head towards the Plaza de San Pedro Claver. From the plaza, walk south on Calle San Juan de Dios. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Santander. Turn right onto Avenida Santander. You will see Monumento Santander on your left side, located in a small park area near the waterfront.

From the Clock Tower (Torre del Reloj), walk east along Calle 30 until you reach the intersection with Carrera 10. Turn left and continue until you reach Plaza de la Aduana. From there, head south on Calle San Juan de Dios, then turn right onto Avenida Santander. Monumento Santander will be on your left side in a small park.
