Walking
From El Laguito, head towards Avenida San Martín. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Carrera 1. Turn right onto Carrera 1 and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle 6. Turn left onto Calle 6. Continue straight until you reach the main square in the Centro area, Plaza de los Coches. From the plaza, head north along Carrera 5, and you will see Palacio de la Proclamación on your left. The walk should take approximately 25-30 minutes.
