If you're starting from the Centro Histórico, make your way to the Plaza de los Coches. From the plaza, head towards the Clock Tower (Torre del Reloj) and exit through the archway. Once outside, continue straight along Calle 30 until you reach Avenida San Martín. Turn left onto Avenida San Martín, which will lead you toward the beach area. Follow this avenue until you reach the intersection with Avenida Miramar. Here, turn right onto Avenida Miramar. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes, and you will see Fuerte de San Sebastián del Pastelillo on your left, along the waterfront.

From the Centro Histórico, head to the nearest bus stop located near the Plaza de los Coches. Look for a bus heading towards Manga. The bus fare is usually around 2,000 COP. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to get off at Avenida Miramar. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. After getting off, walk a short distance along Avenida Miramar, and you will see Fuerte de San Sebastián del Pastelillo nearby.
