    If you are starting from the Centro Histórico of Cartagena, head to the Plaza de San Diego, a well-known square. From there, walk towards the northwest corner of the plaza. You will see a street named Calle del Jardín. Continue on Calle del Jardín for a couple of blocks until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Media Luna. Turn left on Calle de la Media Luna and continue straight. After about 5 minutes of walking, you will see Las Bóvedas on your left, right near the waterfront.

    From any point in the city, you can take a local bus or a 'mototaxi' (motorcycle taxi) to the San Diego area. Ask the driver for Las Bóvedas or San Diego.
