Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Plaza de los Coches, head towards the Clock Tower (Torre del Reloj) located at the entrance of the old city. From there, walk straight along Calle 30 until you reach the intersection with Carrera 5. Turn right onto Carrera 5 and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will see Palacio de la Proclamación on your left.

    From the Castillo San Felipe de Barajas, exit the castle and walk down Avenida del Libertador. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 30. Turn left onto Calle 30 and proceed until you reach Carrera 5. Turn right and walk for about 3 minutes. The Palacio de la Proclamación will be on your left.

    If you are near the Getsemani neighborhood, start at Plaza de la Trinidad. Head north on Calle San Juan and continue onto Calle 30. Once you reach the intersection with Carrera 5, turn left. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Palacio de la Proclamación on your left side.
