If you are starting from the Plaza de la Aduana, head northeast towards the Calle 30. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Venezuela. Turn right onto Avenida Venezuela and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see the Monumento Torre del Reloj ahead, situated at the entrance of the walled city.

From the Getsemani neighborhood, walk towards the Puente Heredia bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boca del Puente. Turn left, and in about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the Monumento Torre del Reloj.
