If you are starting from the Plaza de la Aduana, head northeast towards the Calle 30. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Venezuela. Turn right onto Avenida Venezuela and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see the Monumento Torre del Reloj ahead, situated at the entrance of the walled city.
