Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Ciudad Perdida, head south on the main trail towards Minca. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take the road towards Santa Marta. Continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach Santa Marta. Once in Santa Marta, follow signs for Playa Inca Inca. The beach is located just outside the city center, approximately 5 kilometers from Santa Marta's main square.

  • Public Transportation

    From Ciudad Perdida, you can take a shared jeep (also known as a 'colectivo') to Santa Marta. The ride takes about 2-3 hours and costs around 15,000 COP (Colombian Pesos). Once you arrive in Santa Marta, you can either walk or take a taxi to Playa Inca Inca, which is roughly a 10-15 minute drive from the city center.

  • Walking

    If you're already in Santa Marta and prefer to walk to Playa Inca Inca, start from the Parque de los Novios in the city center. Head towards the coast on Calle 12 and continue straight until you reach the beachfront. Once you hit the beach, turn right and walk along the coast for about 1 kilometer until you reach Playa Inca Inca.
