If you are traveling by car from Tayrona National Natural Park, exit the park and head southeast on the main road (Troncal del Caribe) towards Santa Marta. Continue for approximately 34 km until you reach the city. As you approach Santa Marta, follow the signs for the Rodadero area. Once in the Rodadero district, turn left onto Cra. 1 and follow it until you reach the address: Cra. 1 #9-23, Gaira, Santa Marta. Parking may be available in the area, but be prepared to pay for parking fees.

To reach Playa El Rodadero from Tayrona National Natural Park using public transportation, take a bus from the main entrance of the park to Santa Marta. The buses typically run every 30 minutes and the fare is around 10,000 COP (Colombian Pesos). Once you arrive at the Santa Marta bus terminal, you can catch a local bus or taxi to the Rodadero area. If taking a local bus, look for one heading to Rodadero or Gaira, which will cost about 2,500 COP. The bus will drop you off near Cra. 1, from where you can walk to Cra. 1 #9-23.
